Organic Meal Delivery in Toronto and the GTA
How does our healthy, organic meal delivery system different from other healthy meal delivery services in Toronto? Athlete’s Kitchen will always provide full-flavoured food from local sources. We will always go the extra mile to create healthy, organic meals fully cooked and delivered to your door with minimally processed ingredients and we’ll always make food from scratch; never frozen. Above all, we promise to keep our philosophy of creating delicious food from simple ingredients so you can lead a simpler, healthier life.
Select delivery date
- Minimum of two delivery dates are required to proceed with check-out.
- Meal delivery occurs weekly, every Sunday and Wednesday.
- Meal delivery occurs between 3pm and 9pm EST on delivery dates (Sunday & Wednesday).
Choose your meals
You can choose between two different plans:
Option one: Custom meal selection. Choose from new meal options every week.
Please note: menu options are different based on delivery cycle.
Option two: Chef’s choice. Meal selection is populated for you based on previous order and meal selections.
Please note: Chef’s choice looks up your last order and provides a similar setup automatically before so you receive more of the food you enjoy.
- A minimum of six meals need to be selected per delivery period.
- Every delivery date has different menu options, offering you more selection and variety.
Delivered to your door
- Delivery dates are every Wednesday and Sunday (weekly).
Meals are delivered in a cooler box with ice packs to keep food fresh.
The biodegradable ice packs can be poured in the sink. Cut the bag open, pour the solution down the drain using hot water to dissolve the gel.
As an additional option: Members can return ice packs to our in-store location during business hours once you have 10 or more to redeem AK points for use on future meal orders.

How each meal is prepared
Athletes Kitchen is a big supporter of local farmers and Canadian suppliers. We purchase fresh vegetables and meat for each menu that we produce. All the meat and vegetables are processed at our own facility. We cook everything in house and mix our own spices. Our philosophy starts with health first; we take classical recipes and modify any ingredients that are unhealthy. We also practice healthy cooking methods such as steam baking, pressure cooking, and using stainless steel pots and pans instead of teflon alternatives. Athletes Kitchen staff are well trained experienced individuals who also practice or have recently converted to a healthier lifestyle. We live and breathe what we preach and stand by our product as the most superior amongst all competitors. Athletes Kitchen was born in 2015 and is a proud Canadian company.
